   Privacy: None of your information will be shared, sold or distributed. When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address and payment method. This information is used entirely for your benefit and enables us to process and fulfill your orders.
  Shopping Cart: Shopping here at LawkiDVD is easy, simply click the "Buy Now" button associated with any item you wish to purchase. This will put the item into your shopping cart. If you change your mind, anything that you place into your cart can be easily be changed, or deleted.
   Security: When you place an order, no credit card information is entered on our server. Checkout & purchase is done through PayPal when checking out, using a SECURE server with 128 bit encryption for protection of your Credit Card information. All products are provided by www.Lawkidvd.com.
  Pricing: We do our best to keep information as up-to-date as possible. But sometimes errors do occur. We reserve the right to refuse an order placed with an obvious erroneous pricing.
  Checking out: Once you have completed shopping and you wish to checkout you must click on your shopping cart to view and confirm the contents of your cart before beginning the checkout process. Upon Checkout you will be asked for your shipping address and preferences. Once your shipping information is complete, you will automatically be directed to a SECURE server using 128 bit encryption for your Credit Card information - look for the closed "LOCK" in your browser bar, this ensures the integrity of your secure transaction.
  Payment Methods: LawkiDVD accepts all major credit cards through PayPal. If you wish to pay with a check, money order or wire transfer please contact us directly at 877-266-4852, be sure to leave a message if you get the answering service - we WILL call you back! Until an account has been established with LawkiDVD we will only ship to the verifiable billing or work address.
  On Order or Backordered: you can easily check the stock status when you "VIEW CART". From time to time an item may be "on order". When you order a title that is "on order" it is backordered, and will generally be filled within 1 week, if still available. You will be notified by e-mail when your order will ship. Some of our other "one-of-a-kind" titles that are rare or OOP, will be filled in the order in which they are received, you will be notified by e-mail or phone in the event that an order cannot be fulfilled.
  Canceling or changing an online order: Once placed, your order cannot be changed or cancelled online. To make any changes to an existing order, please call us at: 877.266.4852.
  Defective Title Policy (GUARANTEE): In the event that an item purchased from LawkiDVD is defective, we will exchange the disc under the manufacturer's warranty for a copy of the same title, provided the title is still currently available in our regular inventory. If the title is no longer available, or has been reissued by another studio, or is no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty, this warranty is void. Proof of purchase is mandatory, and discs will be exchanged only. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned items. 

       This warranty does not cover the following:

• Any disc not in pristine "like new" condition.
• Discs, jackets, or cases that show excessive wear beyond the normal handling required to detect a defect including.
• Any disc that does not clearly show an audio or video defect. 'Did not like' or 'poor transfer (video) quality' are not acceptable defects.
• Unfortunately, certain models of DVD players are not able to play certain DVDs. LawkiDVD cannot be held responsible for discs that cannot be played on certain systems. However, LawkiDVD will exchange the incompatible title with another title provided the warranty conditions are met. Items not accepted under the terms of this warranty will be returned, freight collect, to the sender.

  Lost or Damaged Shipments: Damaged in transit: Return only those items that were damaged to us in their original shipping carton. In order to replace your damaged items, we must have the original shipping carton to effect our insurance claim. Once our insurance claim has been approved, we will ship you a replacement order if available, or provide credit.  Lost orders: If you feel that your order may have been lost in transit, please call or write us. We will trace your order and file for insurance coverage, if necessary. Once the insurance claim has been approved, we will ship you a replacement order or provide credit.

The Fine Print

1. These terms of trade govern the sale and supply of goods by Life as We Know It (from herein referred to as LAWKI) to you. LAWKI may amend these terms from time to time.
2. The contract of sale for any LAWKI product is only accepted and completed at the time that we send confirmation by e-mail of your order.
3. Pricing And Availability. The prices of goods and special deals displayed on the site are in U.S. dollars. There shall also be an additional charge for delivery, according to the method that you use. In the unlikely event that the goods are not available, LAWKI shall send you a notification by e-mail. Price and availability information on the LAWKI site is subject to change without notice. Every item sold on this site is new  and factory sealed and as such, is warranted against manufacturer's defects.
4. Financial Details And Status. You undertake that details provided by you for the purpose of ordering products are correct. You also warrant that the credit or debit card used in respect of such orders is your own and that you have sufficient credit or funds to pay for the total cost of the transaction.
5. Force Majeure. LAWKI will not be responsible for any failure or delay in delivery of any goods or any damage to such goods where such failure, delay or damage is caused by an event beyond LAWKI's control (ie: tornado, earthquake, etc.)
6. The information contained here regarding shipping, insurance and product guarantee applies to all special or direct orders that were purchased directly via the 'wishlist'.
